What Is The True Love Club?
The True Love Club is a space, a movement, a feeling that is redefining success and helping women reconnect with who they truly are so they can create lives and careers that feel meaningful, confident, and aligned, because when we live and lead from our truth, everything changes.

And women take up the space they deserve.

The Story Behind The Name
I’m now on that path myself but to be honest, a few years ago, I felt utterly lost and confused about what I was doing, in my career, in my relationships and in my life until one evening when I was away with work (in my corporate role as Head of Brand) I heard this quote and it shook me to my boots (or trainers I should say!)…
“If there is ever, even for a fleeting moment, a tiny voice in your head that says ‘I deserve better’ listen to her. That’s your real true love. If you betray her long enough, you’ll lose her.”
A few months later I was signed off work with severe burnout. That quote kept coming back to me…I deserve better. I had no idea what ‘better’ looked like but I knew things had to significantly change. I needed to understand how I had got here and how to start rebuilding. I had to understand me again, away from the noise of the world, away from the expectations put on me as a woman that had broken me.
It was in these moments, the seed was planted for what has become The True Love Club.
The photo I took of myself in the hotel room after I had cried all night listening to that quote over and over again. I was exhausted, but also something in me had shifted, I had to do it for the Gemma inside that had become hidden and sssshhh’d over the years. This was just the start.
What Is Our Mission?
We’re creating a movement that redefines success for a new era; one grounded in truth, purpose and heart.
When women reconnect with their truth, they unlock their full potential. That’s how we create the best leaders, better businesses that go beyond the profit line and put people and planet on the map, and ultimately, when we come to the end of our lives, we can look back and say, I lived a life that was honest to me.
We are building a world where we move beyond outdated corporate narratives and societal norms, and instead shape our work, businesses, and ultimately, our lives, through alignment with who we really are. Where careers are built on truth not ‘shoulds’ so that real confidence, connection, and fulfillment can thrive.
